The service

Zwip shows you trailers and information about video games so you can find what to play, and links to the stores that sell them. We don't sell games: purchases and downloads happen in each store, under its own terms.

We may change, pause or stop offering features of the app.

Third-party content

Game names, images, trailers and descriptions belong to their owners and are shown with attribution to their source (for example Steam or the App Store).

Some store links may be affiliate links that earn Zwip a commission at no extra cost to you. When they are, you will see it marked.

Your account

You are responsible for your account and for keeping your password safe. You can delete it at any time from Profile.

Don't use Zwip for anything illegal, to disrupt it or to access other people's data. We may suspend accounts that do.

Liability

Zwip is provided as is. We do our best to keep information accurate, but it may contain errors or change (for example store prices or availability).

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damages arising from the use of the app or of the third-party stores and services we link to.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Argentina, without prejudice to the consumer rights granted by the laws of your country.
